Our ciabatta is slowly mixed using flour, yeast, water, salt & a French Lavin. Hand cut & baked on stones for a light & open texture. Highest moisture of all dough, although when baked creates pockets of air with a moist interior and a crusty exterior; perfect for dipping in olive oil.
